We’re so excited to share that our new Herts Dolls rep, Ashleen, will be leading this beautiful Breathwork & Sound Bath evening this June ☁️

Living away from home and navigating busy life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and constantly “on”, so we love creating spaces within the Irish Dolls community where girls can slow down, reconnect and meet like-minded women in a calmer setting.

This will be such a gorgeous evening focused on:
✨ relaxation
✨ nervous system reset
✨ mindfulness
✨ connection & community

Whether you come alone or with a friend, this is a safe and welcoming space for everyone 💚
