Guzzle is an Irish food publication founded in Dublin and now based in East London. As part of the programme for our latest issue, we're teaming up with chef Diarmuid Goodwin on a series of dinners celebrating Irish food. First up is an early summer feast called Bealtaine [Be-al-thin-uh]. 

The dinner will be hosted in The Art House in Cambridge Heath, a converted warehouse and gallery space with an open-plan kitchen and a beautiful long table. Our menu will usher in the early flavours of the season with Cashel Blue madeleines, sorrel- and seaweed-stuffed lamb, baby spuds, and a gorse-and-burnt-honey parfait with Bean & Goose milk chocolate. We’ll kick off the meal with an elderflower and gin cocktail from Glendalough Distillery, while 107 will serve a selection of low-intervention favourites all night long.
