Jig and a Swig

Adult Irish Dancing Classes in London
Jig and a Swig is London’s community-focused adult Irish dancing class. They combine traditional Irish dance (the jig) with post-class social time (the swig) to bring people together, build community, and boost wellbeing through movement and connection.
Their classes are open to all levels, from absolute beginners to returning dancers, and take place in studios across London. Whether you're Irish, Irish at heart, or just fancy trying something new, this is your invitation to learn a few steps, meet some lovely people, and feel part of something bigger.
Led by a team of qualified Irish dancing teachers, including World Champions and ex-Riverdance performers, they blend high-quality instruction with plenty of fun, energy, and a big Irish welcome.
